  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... hva folk sier » rganised immediately. Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights it was lovely and clean and the view was amzing loved waking up to the sound of the waves. There was everything you needed in the apartments and more if you asked. I forgot to take a hairdryer but one was provided when I called reception I then had it for the whole week. The pool is also great and very secure, having a key to enter and exit, we never struggled getti - The location right on the beach was fantastic and close to all the central evening entertainment. Apartments had lovely views and enough facilities to self cater for a week if you wanted to. Beds were very comfortable with patio doors onto the balcony and a lovely big bathroom with plenty of clean towels. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice but did not have any other meal so cannot comment on food quality. Overall, they are fantastic apartments and we would definitely recommend them .

  Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment andreasonable drink prices. Quiet location but near to town centre. - Everything. Room was lovely, staff were excellent and the food was nice. Would stay there again its an excellent **** hotel.

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

Very friendly staff. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice and nice and fresh. Very comfortable bed, room nice and clean. They let us keep the room on ( with no extra charge) because our flight was later in the day.
