  Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very f... hva folk sier » riendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area.

  good value, quiet and clean - had everthing you need in an apartment ect kettle toaster oven and they were nice and warm at night

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... hva folk sier » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  The food was of exceptional high quality and I could find no fault apart from the toast taking a long time to cook - we stayed there 5 years ago and it was nice to see that there food and everything was just has good

  i really love it here i have been coming to benidorm since i was young, every time we have come to les dunes because we always have a brilliant time and it is a really good place to be. the swimming pool is georgeous, especially when the cover is up, it makes the water lovely and warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. the staff have always bee... hva folk sier » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.
