Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people.
Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.
The Kitchen is really nice, we had our breakfast at our apartment. It was really good ıf you dont wanna spent much money.

Loved it. The kitchen was well equipped in fact better than mine back in Australia. The living space with doors which opened onto a park was lovely. Nice big couches and tv to relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Reasonably quiet at night time. -

The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.

The apartments were right next to the metro and it was so easy to get around. The apartment was well designed and user friendly. The view was very nice. The apartment is located very close to the soccer stadium - walking distance. The bar downstairs had excellent food and the sangria was the best in the city (that I tried). Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo
