We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent;

Utmerket beliggenhet nært restauranter, butikker og den gamle katedralen. Veldig god service. Vi overnattet i 2 etapper og fikk sette igjen bagasje. Den sto på rommet da vi kom tilbake etter et besøk i Santiago de C. Vi fikk fantastisk hjelp da en lommebok ble mistet. Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay. It was mybirthday, and the Management organised a free bottle of cava and somestrawberries - nice touch. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. - The staff
