The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gran desayuno tambien. !Muchas gracias a todos en el Hotel

Hyggelig personell, gode språkkunnskaper - the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. The hotel had very stylish decor and this went down very well with our daughters. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well appointed. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security.
