The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gran desayuno tambien. !Muchas gracias a todos en el Hotel

A lovely, well designed and presented hotel. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). Room was confortable and the bed good. Breakfast was excellent.

This Hotel is great for the price. good access to the center and very polite and helpful staff. I will use again for sure. Great bar, fantastic music. They had a live Flemenco band in and I had great fun. - situation of hotel. Nice, big entrance and reception area.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. Hyggelig personell, gode språkkunnskaper - the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right.
