  The owners were so helpful...going out of there way to be accomodating.The hostel was very clean and there was parking. It was very convenient to the airport. - Always use their shuttle service from the Madrid airport. Taxy can charge a lot! Very friendly staff, great choice if you have to stay close to the airport.

  Nice staff. Hotel in a residential neighborhood near the Madrid airport so not many tourist attractions but gave you a feel for non tourist city life. Metro stop Barajas near by but the streets aren't marked well so it was a bit tough to find by walking from the Metro.   Very close to the airport - walk 15 minutes to Terminal 2. Also 15 minute walk to Barajas Metro station (the stop between T4 and T1-2-3) which would save the Metro airport surcharge. Clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower, the extra babycot was allready installed when we came to the room. It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

  We liked the design of the rooms and its cleanliness, the late night cafe and the buffet breakfast service. Check-in service was very efficient and staff very helpfull. - The apartment was great. Elena on reception was very helpful. I would not hesisate to recommend this hotel it was very cheap for the size and facalities on offer.

  The staff at the reception on check in was wonderful!! The staff at dinner were wonderful!! The food was excellent. The staff at breakfast ignored us!! - Comfortable and well presented place. Easy to find with GPS but it may have been more difficult to find from a map.
