  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay.   It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.
