  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. Our room had an exceptional view and was very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed. I immediately received a call advising me of the misplaced wallet. I received everything in good order, nobody had tampered with the contents. I'm still highly appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and integrity! I also highly appreciated the buffett at Saffron Restaurant!

  We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants... On the whole, our stay at the Urban Park Hote... hva folk sier » l and Spa was a very enjoyable one. We would certainly recommend this hotel. - The Urban Park hotel is absolutely stunning. The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented.
