  I travel regularly over the last 20 years and this is the first time I experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler.   The Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. At the time my husband fell ill and we couldn't go for breakfast, they were most kind to go and fetch us breakfast and bring it to our Room. It's very personal and cosy and the rooms are clean, with a fridge and a little garden where one can sit outside.   I have stayed for over a month, and have extended my stay for two months more. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. clean facilities, comfortable beds, hot and clean showers and toilets, amazing chill out pool area, nice bar!!! Easy walk into town and waterfront! Peaceful and quiet surroundings, but literally a minute walk to bars and restaurants... hva folk sier » and shopping places. When I come back to SA I will be staying here again! - I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful :) The backpackers is located very well, very close to all amneties. I met great friends in my dorm, they were very considerate and great to hang with:) I will recommend the place to anyone visiting Cape Town. It was a great place and lovely vibe.
