The room was huge and had a balcony around that corner that had a great sea view. Quirky decoration and good place to chill out with lots of places to eat nearby. The basement parking was an unexpected bonus. -

We arrived late (7:00pm) and the place was locked up and we were not expected. The host eventually answered his phone and said that he was not expecting anybody as nobody had advised him of the booking. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful view of the sea from the open deck. Very amiable hosts. Good braai facilities including wood, charcoal and firelighters. Vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant next door; 60 rands in value PP which is enough for a full english, an extra round of toast, coffee and enough left over for a tip for the friendly waiter.

Felt like a 5* place with a comfortable atmosphere and it was so peaceful and quiet there, breakfast was huge and they went out of their way to accomodate my asking for a table near the pool -
I enjoyed the privacy - very important in a guest house. They were

One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. Certainly we will come again, if we go to Cape Town. Special word has to be siad about a host. Very nice woman and very helpfull. So all in all we loved it! -

A very pleasant place to stay. We were in the outside cottage - fairly basic but absolutely adequate. Very bright with white everywhere, giving the place an opportunity to display how spotlessly clean everything was. The owner was the larger than life Tim, a real character. Breakfast was great. The location was superb being only a few minutes drive to Thesen island waterfront or just take a stroll around leisure island. It was idyllic. Tim even had my car washed. "It goes better when its clean"
