Staff were very helpful and efficient. Shuttle bus available for various transfers and journeys. Location was next to Gautrain station which was really convenient. The area outside and around the hotel was a busy urban setting but felt safe and the access to shops, museums and parks was straightforward and involved short walks.

very hearty welcome, wonderful view on the Union Buildings from my room, rich breakfast varying a bit from day to day; when I had a problem with the safe, within 5 minutes somebody was sent. Easy wlak to the Union Buildings; you can walk to the city center - 15 to 20 minutes. AC and WiFi worked fine. -

the personnel was so helpful especially the trainee and the receptionist, we had a problem with the signal of dstv and the guy that was on duty came straight away. the garden was pretty our car couldn't be seen from the road and made us relax. For the price we paid it was really great. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the swimming pool area. We felt welcome.

Very organised and funky operation incorporating great design. Owner is an architect and it shows. Our room was brilliantly designed with every comfort you could ask for: huge bed, big flat screen tv, fabulous bathroom, fridge etc etc. Breakfast, cooked by the owners was delightful. Plenty of off road parking. The router in our room went down the morning we were leaving but the owners allowed me to use their office. Hatfields is a nice suburb and downtown is easily accessible. A winner.

Interior finishings were just out of this world. The shower was accommodating big and open. The food well prepared and fresh all the time. The staff was super from reception to cleaners and waiters/waitresses and the security guys at the entrance. Wow we really would recommend the place to anyone who wishes to stay in pretoria -
