  A high end opulent modern guest house, with beautiful fixture/ fittings and furnishings, if not a little theatrically cheesy at times. Spacious rooms with a very personal touch. I stayed for two nights, in which everything was almost perfect except for one major element.....limited hot water - Awesome rooms, awesome views, very knowledgeable and ... hva folk sier » friendly staff! complimentary minibus transfers into town and back to eat at night! All staff were awesome and made us feel very welcome throughout the stay...

  Had a lovely stay at Cunningham's and was very impressed with our accommodation which was very comfortable and spacious and right next to the pool area which is also very nice. The breakfast was excellent each morning with a nice selection of fresh fruit,yoghurts, cereals and then eggs how you like with bacon,mushroms and tomatoes.The staff were e... hva folk sier » fficient and friendly and we loved the honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks as and when and pay at the end of your stay. Very good value - A very pleasant place to stay. We were in the outside cottage - fairly basic but absolutely adequate. Very bright with white everywhere, giving the place an opportunity to display how spotlessly clean everything was. The owner was the larger than life Tim, a real character. Breakfast was great. The location was superb being only a few minutes drive to Thesen island waterfront or just take a stroll around leisure island. It was idyllic. Tim even had my car washed. "It goes better when its clean" - Amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and continental option, along with the classic cooked option. Recommend the scrambled eggs. We had the premium room and it was very tastefully furnished, very spacey and comfortable. Nice pool area with honesty bar and wood burner - perfect to sit in front of on a chilly evening with a bottle of wine. The owner Tim is very friendly and helpful.
