  The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room.   Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service.
