Zenele was excellent and friendly, the room was clean and ambience good. Decor in the room is modern and pleasing. Price was good and affordable. Location very convenient t too. The setup of the rooms is beautiful. I would recommend they put doors in the bathroom in case somebody relieves themselves so it does not cause embarassment. I liked the room, clean and spacious. Loved the restaurant and bar while the djs were there. I will go back for sure.

I realy loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it was indeed appealing n very comfortable. Very modern and design hotel & rooms. everything was just great. location, atmosphere . - Rooms are nice and spacious - The working desk is nicely placed, and well-designed -The decor in the passages is very nice, and educational. The clean rooms and lounge.safe and free inside the hotel. not much compaired with previos visits. Proximity to the bus station. Bathroom was very nice. The shower in the room was nice.nothing at all. The fact that there are no telephones inside the rooms. A fire alarm went on & we had to use our cellphones to contsct reception when we coud have used the phone/intercom to find out if it was serious. I found that very disturbing. I still think they should have alerted everyone that it was just somebody smoking in 1 of the rooms and savd us the panick. I didn't like that there is no option for meals as in room service and our phones couldn't be charged because the plug wasn't working. Advert says Free WIFI access, but there it was payable! Safe in the room was not good! The toilet and bathroom design needs more privacy, it's too open, resulting to the watervapour of the shower cause the fire alarm to activate!. The only thing i did not like was that i had to pay an extra R270-00 because i booked in earlier. All i wanted to do was to just leave my bags in the room and then go to hatfield on the gautrain and return after two. But otherwise it was perfect. Thanks . - The reception is too close to the bar, so the noise coming from there was hectic, that guests checking in had a problem in communication with the receptionists - Parking entrance is too small. No wonder a lot of people are scratching their cars there - There is no door into the bathroom (separating the bathroom and the bedroom) - When I was there, one of the lifts was not working, making up & down movement very limited. I delayed to checkout at exact time as I went out and the reception lady ws angry at me as I ve killed someone,while I was saying I'm sorry.the room needs improvement.put a shower door,two bottles of wate as we were two not one,change of linen and adding of tea sugar and bathing soaps were only wen I arrive,wat abt the next two daes in d hotel?. no tea making in room on spare beding. No door on the bathroom was weird and uncomfortable. Lack of tourist information, Lack of soap and shampoo. They marketed the hotel as Hotel Lamunu and we drove around looking for it, until we realised they have rebranded the entire hotel into an easyhotel. No warning!!! The ipod dock in the room was not working. They market the hotel as having free wifi but when you get there you have to pay.
