I would like to say a big thank you to the Hotel Manager(i think his name is Lunga) who was on duty. Although he is so young, he was so polite, professional and very respectful. Also the staff at breakfast, they we very friendly. The hotel is very clean and safe which made our stay very comfortable. Once again thank you to all the hotel staff.
They only problem was not with the Hotel but the traffic. We went across the road to the shop to buy some milk etc, (this was about 5pm) it took us 1 and a half hour to get back to the hotel as the traffic was just to heavy-yet the shop is 2 minutes away. Just a suggestion maybe the hotel can look to opening a take away in the future.

Cleaning staff taking a long time to finish a room - they should rather take a room and complete it however it seems they start and then replace towels later and then even later the coffee / soap - do all at once to minimise impact.
twice the card system gave problemes with switching on of lights.

Balcony was very dusty. It dirtied my shoes and then my shoes dirtied the room carpets.
We loved the beautiful view from our window. Being in a land - locked country it just started our holiday just right.

On arrival we were put into a room where other people where already staying. Guess it was human error but a bit annoying.

The mattress was old, my husband and I slept very uncomfortably. Rolled to the middle of the mattress. The breakfast was nice, but after 3 days having the same breakfast, it became a little boring.

Breakfast was terrible(scrambled eggs, plain baked beans and pork sausages everyday, with no other options)!!! Double beds were very small, with even smaller duvets!
My little son lost one of his PSP games. I called the Housekeeping Supervisor and she said she would have a look and call me back. A little while later, she called back to say they had found it. This was really heartwarming. Thank you!
We booked 2 rooms. Upon check-in (approx. 13h00), only one room was ready. The next morning, housekeeping was at our door at 08h20 asking us what time we were checking out! Fortunately we were about to leave as we had a function to attend but check out is usually 10h30 - 11h00 and they should have waited until we had left. I found this to be very rude seeing as that room was not ready when we checked in.
Ambience was good, Neat and clean, Good scenic beauty - nice location, Well organised, Good security, Rooms are excellent and spacious...
1. Water bottles were not provided for drinking purposes (No drinking water supply). 2. Breakfast menu needs to be changed everyday (same menu for 3 days except for 1 dish) 3. Health faucets (in the toilets) to be fixed. 4. Hotel can organise 1 or half day tours as it is very far from the city.

The breakfast being served on the morning of the Comrades marathon was a bonus. Overall friendliness of staff.
No mention or signs of covered parking being charged for until you checked out. A hidden cost that left a bad taste as we checked out and drove off.
