The room was spacious, chic and comfortable, with an amazing view. The staff were very helpful and the facilities (bar, pool, spa etc) were all very good. The location is great for exploring long street and other areas around there.

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.
