  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!! Strongly recommend the hotel to all !!! - Staff were outstanding; loved the unique scent menus; food was excellent; special occasion and they made sure they acknowledged it!

  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting. I had an excellent room with magnificent views of table mo... hva folk sier » untain and lions head. Will definately come back. - - the table mountain view room worth trying ! - service - the complimentary car driving within 10 km is advantage - most of staff is very friendly :) - the concierge team is nice & helpful ( special thanks to Kimberly & Peter ) - breakfast team are sweet ( special thanks to lilieana - luovo - yonela ) - location in city center
