  I loved the spa facilities which were sophisticated and oozed sytle. The treatments were wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly. The ski bus is available as an when you need it just ringthe hotel to be collected from the slopes - wonderful! - The hotel is children friendly, we were with our 2 years old boy and we had a great time.   This hotel surprises me in a lot of ways - superb location (beautiful lake and mountain view), generous buffet breakfast and dinner (half board option in the rate), new and attractive lobby and restaurant, quiet, clean and comfortable room (though very simple and plain-looking).
