My friends and I stayed here for a week and loved every aspect of the
apartments! Firstly they are in an excellent location short walk to
clarke quay, china town, train stations and plenty of dining options. It
is very central with a very short train ride to sentosa and orchid rd.

The moment we arrived the staff where so friendly and helpful and this
continued through until the day we left. Special thanks to Ace Tan and
Lee Lay Ying for surprising my Mum on her birthday with a lovely basket
of flowers and not forgetting the Breakfast Staff especially Jun who my
Mum enjoyed chatting to in Malay...very pleasant team of staff
throughout. The Apartment and facilities where excellent and the
poolside and gym very relaxing. The location was excellent central to
all directions

The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

女子のみの8人部屋に一人で滞在しました。旅慣れてないので不安もありましたが、クチコミどおり綺麗で、スタッフの方が優しく迎えてくれました。場所は駅から徒歩3分くらい。キャリーバッグがあっても大丈夫です。入口は細い階段で2階が受付になっています。英語が出来なくてもスタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくれたので困ることはなかったです。
部屋は冷房付でベッド下にカードキー付のロッカーがそれぞれあり、キャリーバッグも入りました。シャワーとトイレも綺麗で6コずつくらいあり気を使わず入れます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。ドライヤーもあり、バスタオルは2ドルで借りれました。
私はオーストラリア人3人と香港人2人と相部屋になり、日本語を話せる子がいたので英語の出来ない私でも色々話せて楽しかったです。
ベッドはオープンなので足元が丸見えですが、思ったより気にならず、布団をかぶってしまえば平気です。
冷房対策として長袖パジャマがいいと思います。
WiFiは受付でパスワードを教えてもらい問題なく接続できます。
朝食は自分でパンなど焼いて食べるようですが、私は時間がなかったのでジュースだけ飲んでコップを洗って置いておきまし

I would say it was very convenient to find Adler hostel, just minutes of walk from Chinatown MRT Stop. The moment i step into Alder hostel, i was being welcomed with a big smile and immediately you will notice the decor of the lobby was very European style(or at least i think it is) and the lobby was filled with rose fragrant smell. This is definitely the best hostel in Singapore. Although it's expensive comparing the others, it offer a more secure, clean and friendly environment. We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

This is a small hotel with only 8 floors, and as such they are able to offer a more personal service than some of the larger hotels. All of the staff were extremely courteous and polite, (especially Joe Kok who looked after us personally)
