very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Very good location if your interests are to shop and the latest mall ION is just around the corner.

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. The infinity pool is just stunning and very big.
Rooms are very large (almost a studio). I had the Premium room with City View to have the view on the Bay (the "cheaper" rooms have the view on the Gardens by The Bay) and it was beautiful: the bathroom is very big and it has a nice bathtube, two sinks, a small room with the toilet, a room with the shower.
Check in and check out procedures were very fast.
Wifi connection strong and stable, useful to call home for free using voip.

I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. The service provided by the staff were excellent, very accomodating and helpful. Coffee machine with fresh coffee beans - BIG plus for us! The location being so close to Orchard Road was a significant positive aspect. Very good pool on the roof for toddlers. Free wifi also a big bonus for maintaining contact and doing some work.

We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.
