new hotel and service staff are helpful and nice. have a balcony on the 3rd floor as designated smoking area so we don't need to go out on the street in the middle of the night.
Location, cleanliness, free wifi in a room.
Location is very lucky - Singapore's centre, it is very good for F-1 fans who want to visit Grand Prix of Singapore.

Rooms are modern style.
walls are very thin (can hear the cars pass by and garbage truck at night is heard very loud, i'm at the second floor facing the street). so if you are a light sleeper you might need to ask for the room facing be back.
The breakfast, no dust bin in bathroom.
Unfortunately, some rooms are so small, that it's impossible from my point of view to have a comfortable time in hotel. Breakfast is very poor.
Lift didn't work when we had to carry our shopping bags up to Our room in the fifth floor. The price of the hotel is too expensive for what we have got.
Room are too small!!.
