  everything of this hotel is very very good! i stayed at the "you define me" room, it's at the end of level 3(314), the room space is bigger than my friend's 313. The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. I loved the books you can read and purchase in the lobby, the in house coffee shop serves great coffee.

  I experienced a high standard of customer service from every member of the Scarlet team which I came into contact with. The hotel itself has a great ambience and the location is very convenient for dining, entertainment and transport. - I'll never forget this hotel! excellent stay, good location near chinatown!   courteous and helpful staff - Breakfast was excellent. and the hotel room is also clean. the per night charged was just alright. it is not so cheap, well what can we say since it comes with the name so cannot complain about it.

  The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. Only a 5 minute ride from the City Hall stop in the middle of the city and trains ran every few minutes. - Great location, nice clean well maintained room.   Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.

  The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
