  The location was good being 5 minutes walk from the MRT and Buses and taxis were all close by as well as plenty of local food restaurants and stalls. I heard bad things about the area Geylang but found no problems at all. - The staff are very accommodating.

  Stayed in family room, liked that the double bed and 2 single beds for children were 2 linked rooms with separate bathrooms, tv. Nice hot shower.   We wish to express our honest and sincere opinion in respect of hotel 81 Geylang where my wife and myself stayed for 6 nights We had a very smashing pleasing and comfortable stay during these few days stayed at the hotel. It was none other than the reasons that the staff was so courteous punctual and much obliging to us and the overall performanc... hva folk sier » e was up to our utmost satisfaction. Nonetheless at the final night we felt so sad to leave the hotel because of the reason that we had to depart from - We have stayed in a family room. The price is very acceptable considered that it is in Singapore. The room is spacious. Although it is located in a red-light district, the location of the hotel is a bit on the skirt of it, so there is no obvious activity on such things. It is easy to find foods around all the time.
