  The location as it is within walking distance to Marina Bay Square and Suntec City. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands. It is a luxury hotel that lives up to its standards and we enjoyed the comfortable bed sheets and other amenities found in the room. The hotel personnel were very accomodating and service was immedi... hva folk sier » ate for every request we made. - this hotel is cozy and far away from hustle bustle of city center, but what we like this also close to millenia walk that can connect us to Marina square shopping mall. room was spacious and amenities also complete. the staff also helpful and receptionist also kind to give room as we asked close to lift since my mother can not afford very too far. excellent !

  Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too.   Rooms were spacious and clean. Service from staff was the best. Very helpful and cheerful. They were intelligent. Concierge was knowledgeable and polite. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi in rooms was reliable and fast. Can connect 2 wifi for free for duration of stay. Towels were clean and fluffy. Aircon was great for ppl who like it cold. Breakfast choice is great but lacks some of the tradi - We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. We liked its position, not directly on Orchard Road but a four minute straight walk to the hustle bustle of the huge shops and everything that has to offer.We liked the fabulous coffee shop with its cakes and savouries which was great for breakfast when you really did not want the quantity of a full buffet breakfast. We liked the service around the pool and the fitness suite though the p
