This is our second stay at Wakan suites and we believe it will be our destination in furture visits to Jeddah. The reception staff are very friendly, polite and helpful particularly Mr. Mohamad and his colleague. The suite is spacious, well kept and contains all amneties. In the first visit we had a room with a city view and the second a garden view. Both were nicely decorated and clean. Suite was well furnished, clean and fairly sized 3. Garden area for kids was awesome 4. Good value for money 5. Overall its an excellent place to stay specially for families with small kids. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoined the pool and play ground during the day and elders loved the garden at night. Price is way too expensive. Swimming pool is very cool and there's no adjustment for heat temperature. Nothing. wifi didnt work in room. some noise for AC of bedroom. the privet pool water is cold it should be warmed. Staff not quite receptive and friendly. air condition noise in bedroom. Cost. Door for access to the pool can't be locked which is a big risk for family with childs. Front desk staff are quite friendly but they are so strict and not flexible at all. Parking lot is just enough to fit the car in. Room services is so bad; I have asked for pillows and towels in the evening and they didn't arrive till next day afternoon. There is no flexibility at all in the check in and out time. One of the A/Cs in the villa wan not cooling. I hired a room with garden view but this is totally unnecessary, very small view from very small window no need to pay extra 40$ for view, there was no hydro-massage bathtub as mentioned in room properties, even there was no shower curtain bad smell because of the restaruant at the bottom of hotel very noisy because of window-type air-conditions and compressors on the roof, also air-conditiones need some maintenance very small pool no english speaking personnel. The hotel itself was a bit noisy. The rooms and facilities worn out. The net-coverage for the Internet was not the best. Quality of furniture and poor maintenance of equipment. I asked from desk to late check out up to 3:00 pm because my wife was sick and she cannot weak up but they didn't help me even they are not friendly. Very bad service around the swimming pool coffee ship we make coffee order and they bring it after 30 min. The staff wasn't that helpful and professional. I can give them 5 out 10. the furniture is very old and bad smell. Didn't live up to my expectations based on what was advertised on the website. Not clean at all No Wi-Fi They cost me for the landline, but I never used it!. Air conditioning was noisy. in the bath two tiny towel wich may use for ,feettowel, i request 5 time big towel ,they keep saying please wait few mints,they are in dryer but all in vain ,never got it,. Noisy. Under 45%. I got a call saying my room will be ready at 4 pm !!! Check in world wide 10 am I refused I got another call saying room will be ready 11 am. Mis representation from Booking.com was very upset with the reservation. Not worth the kind of money they charge.. Lot of better options available. The idea of having private pool is tempting but unfortunately it was not clean and the place was full of insects and our TV was broken . staff not trained on customer service pillow & mattress not comfortable AT ALL. The hotel it is good and i wich that i didn't spend the night there.. I don't recomend any one to go there.. The service is very bad. The ac is noisy, in morning 8:00 sam of the staff were catting a trie If you don't believe You can try it!. not as advertised on letsbookhotel.com, the quality of hotel is poor as compared to the charges.furniture n bathroom is old.they don't hv proper parking area as well. The hotel is a regular 2 or three stars level and charging as if it is 4 stars. The value for money is sooo poor. You can either get much better places for the same price, or you can find easily other hotels of same level charging 35% less. I'm a frequent traveler and this is my worst experience ever as I felt deceived. the villa we stayed in was full of mesquitos. kept us and kids up all night. checkout time was not good in comparison to other residential suites. the place is very dirty the swimming pool is very small the garde is not comfortable all staff inside the villa is not luxury level I cane give one stare apartment for this place and do not call it luxury villa again I was surprised and dis appointed. Towels was not clean , split ac was not working well , furnitures are old and not comfortable with pad ventilation inside the apartment ,. - Oily Indian food smell at the early morning inside the apartment. - Window A/C in the bedroom. - They didn't provide towel unless i asked them to bring which is really bad. Staff is not replying on time. Facilities are not as described on letsbookhotel.com no Internet, keen to get the money first, no separate lines for housekeeping bad other services. The room was dirty, stinky smell. The sofa was so dirty and very old.
