  Everything was perfect! The wooden furniture felt like at home. The possibility to make your own breakfast or have a cup of tea or coffee at any time was perfect.   Although some staff can't speek English, they tried to give me a hand as much as they can such as using translator. Breakfast, 150 RUB/person, is quite valued price and pretty tasty, especially omelet! Hotel is located in the centre of city or major attraction spot, so most spot can be reached by foot. Definately come agai - We loved the staff, Julia, the Manager was really kind. She cooked breakfast for us anytime we woke up and she found us a very cheap taxi when we had to go back to the airport. The room was not that big but it was clean. Bathrooms were also cleaned often during the day and the had shampoos, conditioner and hand wash refilled daily! The breakfast has a lot of variety with fresh fruit, juices, cereals, breads... The location was the most valuable point anyway. Its close to every historical place.

  The location is very good, at the "old" Nevsky, very near the train station to Moscow and the metro station "Ploshchad Vosstaniya"(Vosstaniya Square) and for the location is very cheap. The staff when I was there(4 women called Maria, Katia, Olga and Anna) is great. Very pleasant and helpful but only two of them, Katia and Olga, speak english very... hva folk sier » good. The entrance is not so beatiful, but inside the hotel, the rooms are beatiful, clear and organize. Besides that, it is near very good cafes and - The location is awesome - a 3-minute walk from the railway station and a huge shopping mall. If you're travelling from Moscow with heavy luggage, it's your best pick. The hotel is cosy, the room itself was nice and spacious and it was clean everywhere. We were very grateful to the staff who kindly let us leave our luggage until midnight on the day we were leaving.
