A small cozy hotel located on Nevsky near Mayakovskaya metro station. It's really good value for money.
Poor soundproofing, so if you stay in a room near reception desk and breakfast hall, you'll hear everything outside.
Staff did not notice my bithday
Hotel located in 2 different buildings. Mail building is perfect fitted, but other one is not so good, but staff was very friendly and agreed to change our room to mail building

Great location corner of Nevsky and Mayakovsky streets, very friendly staff, decent room in terms of space, brightness etc. comfortable bed (single) when you book a single room. Copies of Roerich's paintings everywhere. Highly recommended for a city break.

Staff very helpful and friendly.Older building without lift (4 floors)but staff happy to take up your bags if you wish. Good clean rooms and a good breakfast included.

The best hotel ever!!! This small hotel is located in the heart of St. Petersburg on Nevski street, near the metro station, restaurants, grocery shops and money exchange points. It's very clean and the room had every thing I needed. The stuff was very helpful and suggested me places to visit. The breakfast was standard and tasty, they even specially prepared me a sandwich when I leave early morning, I took a shuttle to and from the hotel which was fast and not expensive (only 1200 rubels to each direction) and I pay for it to the hotel directly. I definitely will stay again in this hotel!

Location is great, which is convenience for walking tour and city bus, while it is very near close to Stockmann where you can buy local delicious food then take come back to hotel dinning hall to enjoy it with nice coffee, tea, and, microoven, tableware are also available for use in dining hall. Breakfast is valuable and beautiful which give me a nice mood at the beginning of a new day.
The Internet connection in dinning hall is not very well, I like to be on Internet for a while in dinning hall enjoying with coffee or tea to recover tiredness of traveling.

Please be carefull during check-in and payment. They try to get addtional fee (150 rur) only for registration, which is not required/obligatory.

The hotel is found at a great location. I stayed in one appartment with view at the main road. There is no elevator neither to reception, nor to the appartments. All the appartments have different entrance, so don't carry your luggage to reception because you have to carry them again. Clean, warm and very comfortable appartment
People !!! they are not so friendly. They don't smile ,they smell bad and its too difficult to speak and to share information in english.

You need to request a roller beds after you realize the kind of "seudo beds". They try to charge you 150 rubles per head for city registration that is not need it you need to strongly refused

Do not waste your money at this hotel! The building where my room was located was under construction and falling apart. I had to walk around the corner to another building where reception and breakfast were located. Really dirty hall and creepy stairways that smell a muxture of mold and cigarretes. Electric wires and plumbing exposed. Bathroom was tiny and constantly out of hot water. Horrible! I repeat, do not stay at this hotel!
Never ever stay in that hotel. They were overbooked when I arrived. Gave me an apartment with bad smell, not in the hotel but in the next building. Ac, internet, tv were not working. The room was with full of insects, I couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff was so bad, couldn't fix anything. I travel all around the world this one was the worst experience I've ever had. Don't stay in that hotel.
