The staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel is situated near railway station and bus station. Location (about 10 min to the train station, not far from city centre), big rooms, accessories by demand, free boiler and tea on reception. The water is warm (no hot) in the bathroom. No mirror in the room (only in the bathroom), thin and hard mattresses, wifi works only in the hall, there is no everyday cleaning room services, very high price for such facilities.
