  excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   We have never stayed in a hostel before and this was definitely superior to many hotels we have stayed in. It was thoughtfully and imaginatively designed and decorated. The staff were very helpful and gave lots of hints and tips about what to see and do, where to eat and drink in St Petersburg. It was by far the largest room we have ever st - Everything! Staff is amazing, makes you feel home, every night integrates people by promoting activities like movies, pub crawling, watching soccer game. They even prepare popcorn! Its so perfectly clean from kitchen, to bedrooms and specially bathrooms! Decoration is amazing and every detail is well done and organized. They even have umbrellas for gests and do your laundry for a small price which is totally worth it! Even if for some reason you have to stay at the hostel an entire day, still a
