The staff is very friendly and the overall service is good. Most of them speak some English, enough for the usual things you would expect from a hotel. The rooms are simple but clean and there is little noise at night. The location of the hotel is very good; the nearest metro is only a 1-2 minute walk away and is quite central. Overall good value

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they have a storage room so we could leave our rucksacks there before checking in and after checking out. There was a small kitchen with a communal fridge on our floor and they also have a laundry service
