The best location in Moscow. Friendly and qualified staff.
Very friendly to my young grandson.
Hystorical building and luxurious interiors.
Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad).
Free Wi-Fi thouout the location.

Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks. This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -

The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the
walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc
on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and
spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I
booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.

Staff are exceedingly friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable.
Location is excellent and you can walk to most of the places of interest - Kremlin etc in 10 minutes. Metro station 2 minutes away. -

Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt engelsktalende personale. Grei beliggenhet i nærheten av det nye flytoget fra Sheremetievo. Høy standard på rommet. Noe sjenerende støy i forbindelse med oppussing - men fikk straks byttet til et rom med mindre støy!
