  Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.   The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites.
