  We came here as we were moving to Moscow, and initially we were going to stay for a week while we looked for a permanent place to live. The staff were so helpful, and the hotel so good, we are actually staying here until Xmas 2013! Feras and his staff have made our first trip to Moscow very easy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. - I very much enjoyed the locale of the hotel and the owners/management. It was good for a solo traveler - I wouldn't book it if I came with my wife and son, but it served my purpose of a cheap place to crash each night in the middle of everything.   Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met.
