  I was looking for a hotel nearby the Red Square at an “affordable” price. With respect to location it is one of the best hotels you can find in Moscow, being a five minute walk from the Kremlin entrance. When I arrived at 8 am, I was offered breakfast and was able to keep my luggage in a secured place. The receptionist was also so kind to give me ... hva folk sier » some first advice. When I came back in the evening I was guided to my room and was very happy to see that it was a very clean and quiet room with a go - Very comfortable, nice-looking, clean room and bathroom,very friendly staff, central location is perfect for sightseeng, 4 min walking to Red Square. Breakfast is not rich but quite enough. We paid 5500 RUB per night, for this price in Moscow it is a fantastic place to stay

  What a treasure! Much bigger and much cozier than an avarage hotel room plus you get a kitchen! Could not be happier with the vacation rental. As Mr. Balmont (a descendant of an old family of Russian aristocrats) puts it: "I strive for excellence, for my name is on the line." Thank you Konstantin :-) We'll be back for more. - The apartment was excellent.... All you need in a house were in. Even toothbrush. Constantin -the owner - was very polite and his hospitality made us feel very comfortable. The entrance is bad but don't give any attention at it. You ll enjoy every minute in that renovated flat. Very warm and clean. Close to smalenskaya metro station(light blue) and Arbat street. Only three stops to the center and Kremlin. I recommend it.

  Excellent location. At walking distance (20 min) from the Red Square, close to a metro station (3 min) and in a nice lane with a beautiful park along the lane. The park was still covered with snow, but we can imagine how nice it is in spring or summer. Rooms were very clean.   Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Konstantin – the owner of apartment is been very helpful to me explaining about all facilities. I appreciate for his information about nearest shops and restaurants. Very good location, close to main Moscow sights. Next time will stay again at this high-standard apartment. Nice apartment, well equipped, every piece of furniture and every detail is new and nicely combined. Also the location is excellent - you can easily go by metro to every part of the city. And also, the owner, Konstantin is a great guy who can help you with everything you need. Overall - you gonna enjoyed your stay there, no doubt.
