  good value for money. clean and spacious enough room, good variety of food for breakfast. very helpful staff. perfect location for those who travel by train (Moscovsky railway station) - Staff were very helpful Breakfast was excellent and room was always nice and clean. The Location of the Hotel was excellent also.

  A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously. I only had an issue with cleaning, my room was cl... hva folk sier » eaned around 5pm twice and on two occasions it was not cleaned at all (in one of the cases it was my fault as I left the DND button on). I also got ro - the hotel is very nice, clean, breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. the location is also perfect, close to Mall and interesting stores ia just a walking distance. i would recommend the hotel to friends who are planning to go to Saint Petersburg!

  The hotel was excellent! I arrived at 10 am and the stuff kindly checked me in, no questions asked. the stuff was very kind and professional. the concierge were professional and helped me to find places and activities in my interest. i left at 6.30 am, the check out was very fast and the hotel arranged me a lunch box with some breakfast in it for ... hva folk sier » the way - because i left before breakfast - without extra charge. Also, the location of the hotel is superb, right in the center of the city. - The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

  Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained. Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review normal room but suite was excellent.   We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.
