A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard
twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
