Great location, an easy 15 min walk to Red Square and Metro stations less than 10 mins in either direction.
Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.
Convenient small supermarket nearby helped offset high Moscow food and drink prices. -

This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly.

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

Actually, we booked the room with the Secret deal and for this money
everything was just perfect! We liked the interior design of the hotel,
the room was nice - small, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa
besides a king-sized bed. Mini bar was free of charge (water, small

I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. It's also very convenient to go to other train stations. The english-speaking stuff is kind and willing to help. Wifi connection is good. -

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful from the beginning. Kind and always ready to answer questions. We left a coat in the limo from the airport, they immediately called the company and had the coat delivered. Assisted with getting tickets for a concert, scheduled taxis, and recommended restaurants, just wonderful. Their names are Yulia (two of them) and Tatiana.
