we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. Great location (5 minute walk to nearest metro station) and overall good value for money. I would recommend this hotel; however, i would highly recommend to avoid ordering

Helpful, friendly & welcoming staff. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.

I find it necessary to stress the attentiveness of the waiters in the lobby and the extreme niceness of the staff in the dining room. Especially noted the flexibility of a young lady to my granddaughters food-needs.
