  The best location in Moscow. Friendly and qualified staff. Very friendly to my young grandson. Hystorical building and luxurious interiors. Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side). Bath dress for 4 yo grandson. - We stayed at the Metropol Hotel for two... hva folk sier » nights with my friends. It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow. The staff were friendly, recognizing and greeting us as I came and went.

  Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks. Rooms was very spacious and clea... hva folk sier » n. Breakfast buffet was the best we had on our whole trip. Stayed here 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast each morning. ATM machine in the lobby was a - - The hotel is in the city center near the main touristic attractions - Near the hotel one can find restaurants, shopping malls, metro station - The staff is friendly but not too much - Service is very good - Breakfast is good - Lobby with the piano player during the evening
