  Great location and window view. Good price. Large comfortable rooms. Very supportive and responsive staff. Roof top terrace restaurant with beautiful town view and with very nice waitstaff, but with poor menu and food was not tasty - Excellent hotel. Especially friendly and helpful reception staff. The staff without us asking, offered us to keep our room free of charge till that time. That was outstanding hospitality. - I had a delightful large room, decorated in a splendid Venetian style. It felt like a room in an extremely high-end hotel, but for a mere $100 a night! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Location is good for tourism, very close to the Kazan Kremlin entry gate.
