  Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I would like to notice that breakfast is very diverse and tasty, so you will find what... hva folk sier » ever you want. - Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

  Good service and hospitality. Very friendly staff. Good opportunity to relax - a swimming pool, saunas (included in the price). Extra pay spa - massage, etc. Quiet place, extremely good for families (especially with children). Breakfast and lunch are included in the price as well. Quite a lot of animation and evening events. So I suggest you correct it. Manager honoured me a hotel room for the price I have booked with you 6555 instead of 6900 ( I have stayed before direct booking this price)
