  1. Staff was nice and supportive with info we needed on some tourstic attractions, restaurants, calling taxi. 2. We got an upgrade on our room when checking in. 3. The room had an amazing view to the mountains, large space, nice bathroom, minibar, very very warm. 4. Breakfast was very good, rustic with traditional Romanian foods. 5. Our room was spacious, cozy and with a beautiful view throughout the day and especially in the evening due to the lights in the trees. Breakfast was alright although they didn't have a great variety of fruit. Overall, we truly recommend this hotel, especially in the fall-winter season!

  I never saw in Romania such a wonderfull staff of the hotel begining with front desk continuing with restaurant.I came to breakfast exactly 10.28 and breakfast close was at 10.30 and all table was full like at the begining and the waitress ask me if I need something.(from my experience in Romania is hapening like this only in some 4 or 5 stars hot... hva folk sier » els with much higher prices)Breakfast was absolute perfect.bathroom was big enough and very clean. - Everything was great.
