I liked the hotel. Clean, Friendly staff and is 15 min walking from the old town.
The hotel is great with spacious rooms, good services and a beautiful view. We stayed only 2 days, but certainly we will return to stay more days. The spa is good and if it was swimming pool was better.
Staff is not well trained, but well-meaning.

This Hotel is suitable for Business travelers. The staff si well trained and you really feel like a guest there. One can see that from time to time there are improovements being done there.
I find the breakfast buffet really nice, it's too bad that a small thing like a cappuccino should be paid and when you pay for it, you realize: it actually doesn't taste that great. Another minus at the breakfast buffet are the meat products; they leave the impression that the person that buys them is really watching the prices and buys some the cheap ones.
Another great hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and fabulous decore. Loved it. The restaurant on the top floor was exceptional with great views and very good menu. Got there lare so no time to explore but 10 minutes walk takes you to a lovely pedestrian area with cafe's and good shops.

Able to park the car for nothing in the city. Fast wi fi connection at all times. Ultra modern with great glass outside lift. Restaurant situated on top floor of building to view city whilst dining. Helpful reception staff and awesome shower!
The food was excellent, very well made and also a nice presentation. The room was ok and clean. Is very close to center street in Sibiu. Friendly staff. And again the food was fabulous 10+ . Ask before 10% discount at restaurant if you stay there at the hotel.

Amazing Hotel! i will never book another hotel when i visit Sibiu. Right in the heart of everything, and very Luxurious. The Interior design is simply state of the art!

Beautiful modern design of our room and hotel; helpful staff at reception (free calls for taxi, tourist info, carrying luggage etc.), atm at the lobby. Very good choice at buffet breakfast in restaurant on 11th floor with beautiful views around (city and mountains).
Spa (jacuzzi) closed on Sunday. Too expensive in my opinion. No closed parking - there are a few parking places on street in front of hotel. No exchange office in hotel; there is bank across a street but may be closed at your check-out and hotel doesn't accept foreign currencies - cash in ron or cards only. A bit out of city center (20 min. Walk to main square - Piata Mare or 10 min. To main pedestrian street with restaurants/bars) but taxi to main square costs only 5-7 lei.
Very polite and helpful staff, offered an umbrella on a rainy day although we already had a smaller one, offered a lot of information with courtesy. The room was spacious and there was a nice view over the city (though not the old city center, which could be admired only from the panoramic elevator). Liked the design of the room and the breakfast room, which was situated at the 11th floor - breathtaking view and great selection of food.
The weather was a bit cool and the room could have been warmer, but the air conditioning could only cool, not also warm up the room. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to compensate.

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms are very clean and sound-proofed more than enough. The bed was not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. This hotel has also smoking rooms, which is great for smokers. Hot water is available 24/7 and shower pressure is high, which is more and more difficult to find especially in West European hotels.I did not have any problem to park the car (for free) on hotel's reserved parking places just in front of the entry.Don't be afraid to test the restaurant. The prices are very decent for the food and service quality (50 Euro for a 2 person fancy dinner) and the view is lovely. Minibar prices are lower than in many other Romanian hotels, so don't be afraid to use it. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time. I am still surprised to find a hotel in Romania with such high standards available for every client for just 70E/night. Congratulations, Golden Tulip!
As in my previous visit, I had to ask at the reception for a second bathrobe in the room, but it was solved very fast. I still don't understand why every time there are 2 peers of slippers, but only one bathrobe in the closet since the room is booked for 2 people. Also it was a little too cold in the restaurant in the evening, which could be unpleasant for a lady in dress.This are very small details that can be solved easily.

Very clean hotel, with big rooms and good facilities. A big + for 11th floor restaurant with its nice view of the city.
Unfortunately the air conditioning system has some disturbing noises coming from a ceiling vent.

It was a very pleasant surprise to find in Romania a 4 stars hotel which is above many 4 stars hotels from other countries, like Germany, Austria and especially France.First of all, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, check in was very fast and my bill was already prepared in an envelope.Then, there are enough parking places just in front of the hotel and I did not have any problem to park. I don't mind to walk 200m since I was not born in a car like many others.The room was very comfortable and modern: good quality&modern design furniture, sound- proofed (even if it was a party at 11th floor, I did not hear it much at the 7th floor room). Bathrobe and slippers were included in the standard room price (try to find this in Western Europe hotels for the same price!). The bed was king size, not to soft, not to hard with 4 very good pillows.They also have discrete lighting lines that can be used during night to find the bathroom (you can turn them off too). Now...the bathroom was big enough for 2 people, it was very clean and hot water was available 24/7 with high pressure.Breakfast was very good, European style (coffee, tea, eggs, cereals, salami, cheese, cakes, fruits and some local very good stuff).The breakfast was served at 11th floor in a medium size room with very large windows that will allow you too enjoy the city view and mountains in all directions during your meal.We did not have lunch or dinner because of our schedule, but we will try them next time for sure.The Atmosphere bar was relatively small, but the service was perfect and the prices were very decent (10 euros for 2 coffees, a glass of vine and an orange fresh juice). Also the minibar prices were very decent (same as in any Romanian decent bar).The least, but not the last, I need to mention the very nice design of public spaces!Good job, Golden Tulip Ana Tower! Please,please, stay at this level and don't go down as many others 4 stars hotel from Europe and Romania!
The minibar price list was missing. Also, only one bathrobe was in the room at the beginning, but the problem was solved in 5 minutes.

Excellent breakfast and very nice view on 11th floor. Very comfortable bed and very well supplied mini bar.
There was noise coming from the bar and we couldn't sleep until it stopped around 3:00 am. We had 2 rooms and in one of them the air conditioner was not working at all and the there was trash in the bathroom. In the other room the linen was stained. Not as clean as expected.
