The location is very close to the city center (about 5 minutes walking)
The garden is very nice, you can spend some time hanging out with your friends there and you can meet new people (there were mostly young people in the hotel)
Very good value for your money and budget- friendly.

The lady behind the counter was amazing in trying to find another place for us after 10.30 p.m. - 3 phones ringing simultaneously :D And being very kind at the same time! She even went with us to new place to show us. Thank you again!.

The fact that it wasn't the cleanest place, but it was ok.
I was cold during the night. The reception did turn on the heat in the rooms but I still felt a chill. Another blanket or two would have been fantastic but it was my fault because I did not ask for one.
There was something wrong with the bathroom door but it didn't cause serious problems.
We have lost over an hour of our sleep, because they have rented our rooms to someone else, because we didn't confirm our stay there. This rule was not in the conditions of the hotel, unfortunately so it was not our fault. (we couldn't confirm - we were in mountains with no reception, and our phone batteries were dead anyway).
