I loved this hotel. The building has great character and the rooms were super clean and nice. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. In particular, Stefan and another woman whose name I did not get, went out of their way to help us have a enjoyable stay. I cannot thank them enough. The hotel is old & beautiful. They have kept it "antique" & that's good! Our room was huge & even had a jacuzzi tub which was great. The staff were all so friendly & told us a lot about this area & Romania.

Feeleng there is as in a medieval palace with the comfort of today - luxory, comfortable!!. Great location, close to the city center and with great comfort inside. The food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonable priced. The hotel is situated about 5 mins walk from the main shopping area and 5 mins from the train station by taxi. nice room -the people on the recepton desk-the nice income gallery-the service. nothing. It was difficult for us to find the hotel. We didn't have GPS & had to finally ask a local man where it was. They must use more often vacuum cleaner for the rooms! :). Hard to find on the navigation, so we need to ask few times. So they should have some explanation in the website. Minibar is empty, this seemed to be rumanian way. You have to order in advance at check in time, what maybe you would like to drink in the middle of the night!. Poor breakfast, but fresh and tasty. Not a problem for us really. Room up two flights of awkward stairs. The restaurant look is not in accordance with the rest of the hotel. The frigobar is not very well assorted. Bit of road noise as was at front of building. No elevator. No hot tub or stoked minibar in room as promised. Noise and light came in from outside even though windows were closed. Nothing. no slippers. parking for the cars.
