The staff were extremely helpful.In particular a receptionist i believed called magdy who went out of her way to help with with directions around cluj food service and the ironing of my clothes. She was cheerful and very polite.Please pass on my compliments to the hotel and her.

The room wasn't so big but very clean and silent. Staff was very friendly. The view from the room (heroes cemetery) didn't bother us at all, they were all very silent. Excellent cuisine, Florin is the best waiter I ever seen. -
