- very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff
- good location; very close to the airport; not far from the city hotspots; yet free from the horrendous doha traffic ( that's due to a lot of constructions going on though)

Airport pick-up is generally very efficient. And the hotel is very close to the airport (although the poor road planning from the airport makes the journey last longer than it should do.
Hotel gym equipment is in good condition.
Rooms are quiet.

very friendly and cooperative. I have also tried the food in the Italian
restaurant and I have to record my great appreciation to quality of

The hotel is new and is centrally located, the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, the lounge on the 45th floor is big and provides generous breakfast and was opened most of the time for soft drinks and snacks. we would love to stay in this hote again. -

The staff is very helpful and the service is really superb. The facilities in this hotel are also very good - in fact I was there for a conference that my company sponsored and the Ball rooms were very comfortable. In addition there are a great pool, gym, spa facilities, easy access to the City Centre Shopping Mall.

Its quiet and not located at the busy area in Doha therefore we can have a peaceful sleep at night.
The front desk manager Mr.Helmi was really good to extend my check out till evening so i dont have to rush to check out in the noon. I will definitely be grateful and looking forward to come back soon. -

It was a weekend sent well at grand hyatt. The property is top notch and the facilities are excellent.
Room was brilliant too with the balcony providing a great option to chill and enjoy the perfect doha march weather.
3 pools were excellent, facilities in the fitness centre were great and the beach is good enough to relax.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was superb never had a bad meal over our 4 day stay and we tried all of the restaurants. Beach was very nice with beautiful crystal clear water. Room was a good size with well equipped bathroom and very comfortable bed. Thanks Grand Hyatt you made my stay at one of the most boring cities on earth bearable.

If you have a car there is a well-organized parking service to greet you upon you’re arrival. The front desk staff is as polite as I read in the reviews. The internal design when you enter the hotel gives a very good first impression that does not fade when you reach the room.
