  We were given an upgrade on our room for no extra cost, which was great. The room was newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and generous for price, although the coffee machine wasn't working.   We had ordered at Taxi, which did not arrive. The girl in the reception got the hotel's car and got us to the airport in time.. Without charging. Very good service - Room was quiet and well appointed, reception on arrival and check out were very efficient and for my 0600 flight they made up a breakfast bag even though I did not ask for it - nic... hva folk sier » e touch. Free shuttle to and from hotel. - The hotel had polite staff, who were happy to assist with any queries. They sent an email before my stay asking if I would like breakfast at the hotel, or to take a packed one, as I was leaving early.
