  The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety from which to choose. We would go back in a heart beat! - Wonderful small hotel! Very friendly and helpful people run this hotel.   The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Rooms very comfortable especicially the pillows. Breakfast... hva folk sier » was great, plentiful, extra rolls if requested. Each morning there was an extra treat which everyone enjoyed. Even plastic bags available.Fantastic s - The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented. Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas. Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us .

  The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly. We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. - ... hva folk sier » Rooms are very well designed, we felt ourselves like at home. Everything is kept clean and neat. Staff is friendly. Kitchen has e-tiles and a fridge. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair-drier. We had a bathroom and a kitchen for 2 rooms only (us and someone else) - it's very comfortable.

  God Servic - This is a very charming place, with a very friendly restaurant serving excellent food. Our window gave us a view of the Dunajec River. The walk into the center of town was easy. Staff — Krysia — was exceptional. - Helpful staff, very clean and tidy hotel, very good food. Miła obsługa, czysto I schludnie, smaczne jedzenie.
